What is your return policy for home appliances?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do Aarke carbonators come with a warranty?
Yes, all Aarke Carbonators and large appliances come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal home use.
Are your PET water bottles dishwasher safe?
To maintain the structural integrity and safety of the bottles, our PET water bottles are not dishwasher safe and should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
Which CO2 cylinders are compatible with the Aarke Carbonator?
Our machines are compatible with standard 60L CO2 cylinders from most major brands, including Sodastream (except for Sodastream Quick Connect) and AGA.
How can I track my order status?
